Representing the Henan Wanxianshan Women’s Football Team
On the evening of July 27, Henan Wanxianshan Women’s Football Team welcomed its first home night game. Under the brand new lights, 8,656 fans cheered for the athletes from both sides and witnessed the heroic performance of the women’s football players.
In preparation for hosting the night games of the Women’s Super League, the home stadium of Henan Wanxianshan Women’s Football Team, Xinxiang Sports Center, underwent a comprehensive renovation and upgrade of the main stadium lighting within a month before the game. The four light poles and the main stand horse track all use Chromabeams full-color gamut lamps and intelligent lighting control systems, greatly improving the lighting effect of the stadium and providing a better visual experience for the Women’s Super League and various upcoming sports events and large-scale activities.
Xinxiang Sports Center, built in 1996, is a comprehensive sports stadium with complete functions. The main stadium has 16 stands and can accommodate 26,000 spectators. Since it was put into use, it has been 28 years. The original high-pole lamps had obvious aging phenomena and could no longer meet the strict requirements of modern sports events for lighting brightness and uniformity due to improved technical standards. The aging high-pole lamps also posed certain safety hazards, threatening the safety of athletes, spectators, and venue staff.
Broadcast-grade high-quality white light
After the lighting transformation, the horizontal illumination of the stadium in competition mode reaches 1200lx. The vertical illumination, uniformity, glare index, and color rendering index all meet the requirements of JGJ153-2016 “Sports Stadium Lighting Design and Testing Standards” for football TV broadcasts of national and international competitions (Level IV) and the Chinese Football Association’s lighting requirements for the 2024 Chinese Women’s Super League.
Color mood lighting
Chromabeams full-color gamut lamps integrate RGBAW and other single-color SMD package chips, evenly mixing the light through high-purity aluminum reflectors to create hundreds of millions of colors. It meets the lighting and color rendering effects of the venue without increasing the number of lamps, loads, or windward areas. The lamps support the DMX512 protocol and can connect to the sound system through an intelligent control system, achieving intelligent scene settings, sports displays, and colorful music and light shows. Using physical buttons combined with touch screen control, iPad control can be achieved anytime, anywhere within the local area network’s coverage.
